Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid SLPA licensure or certification (required)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with completing speech and language evaluations
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload efficiently
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary educational team

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend eligibility meetings to contribute valuable insights and professional recommendations
• Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations for assigned students
• Support the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals
• Provide direct speech-language services under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes as required by school and state guidelines
• Foster a positive learning environment to encourage student participation and growth
