Job Responsibilities Responsible for partnering with the CCO to champion the global brand strategy and lead the development and execution of brand, media, and marketing initiatives. Key areas include creative development and content strategy across the web, social media, email, paid media; media planning; brand campaigns; communication programs; and the management of brand tools, systems, and the intranet environment. The role also oversees media asset management and leads cross-functional teams in planning and executing integrated brand campaigns. Additionally, the position collaborates with stakeholders to establish and monitor metrics that measure program effectiveness, supports product development initiatives, and addresses brand-related needs across property operations and project management. Execution is achieved through a combination of personal contribution, internal collaboration, and coordination with external partners such as agencies and freelancers. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Travel Industry Management or related field is required. 10+ years of related industry experience, preferably brand or direct marketing experience at an advertising agency or client company, or product management at a client company. Must have a working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Photoshop and InDesign knowledge preferred. Come Work Here! While base pay starts at $200,000- $220,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
