Director of Nursing – Hematology/Oncology Boston, MA Salary: $185,000 – $240,000 annually (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package Included Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing – Hematology/Oncology to lead and oversee clinical nursing operations within a high-performing oncology service line in Boston, MA. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care delivery, operational excellence, staff development, and regulatory compliance across hematology and oncology nursing services. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise in hematology/oncology, proven nursing leadership experience, and a passion for advancing patient-centered cancer care.
