Clinton Central School Corporation Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Clinton Central bus drivers work hand in hand with our staff and students on a daily basis. The bus driver will safely and positively drive the students to and from Clinton Central School Corporation. All bus drivers are eligible for health insurance, life insurance, and we also encourage our drivers to consider to be substitute teachers if they desire for additional income opportunities.
* Build positive relationships with all students
* Monitor students on the bus for safety and compliance purposes
* Able to be flexible with changes to schedule and/or routines
* Perform related duties as assigned by superintendent and/or transportation director
* Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures


Contracted Day:183
Contracted Hours: 4 hours/day

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
* Maintain an excellent attendance record
* Clean Driving Record
* CCSC will pay for and provide the necessary training for the driver to obtain their yellow card and/or CDL (if necessary).
* Ability to work with young students
* Ability to work well with adults
* Flexibility


Physical Requirements:
* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
* Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
* Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
