Are you a veterinarian looking for more than a job? We’re looking for Partner Veterinarians throughout Texas who want to help lead a practice while continuing to do what they love - caring for pets and the people who love them.

What Partnership Can Look Like

As a Partner Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape your hospital’s culture, medicine, team, and future. You’ll have a voice in important decisions without the layers of corporate red tape, while still having an experienced support team behind you.

Depending on your experience and goals, your role may include:

• Providing high-quality small animal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and wellness care
• Mentoring and developing associate veterinarians and hospital teams
• Helping shape medical standards, culture, and client experience
• Building relationships within your local community
• Working closely with NVC’s leadership and support teams in Talent, Operations, and Marketing
• Growing your hospital while maintaining clinical autonomy and the ability to practice medicine your way
• Exploring partnership/equity opportunities aligned with your experience, interests, and long-term goals
