Product Manager III, Cross Border Team

Amazon is entering a new phase of Selection Expansion, and we are looking for a Product Manager to define the strategy and build the capabilities that make it easier for selling partners to bring compliant selection to customers across borders. In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Path to Compliance — tools and experiences that guide sellers through regulatory requirements so they can list products faster and with greater confidence. Your work will directly increase Glance View coverage and total buyable selection, giving customers more choices and helping sellers reach new markets. You will work backward from both customer and seller needs, partnering with engineering, design, legal, and operations teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and measurable results. If you are curious, data-driven, and energized by building products that grow selection at scale, we want to hear from you.Key job responsibilities- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Path to Compliance capabilities, prioritizing investments that grow Glance View coverage and total buyable selection for cross-border customers.- Partner with engineering, design, legal, and operations teams to translate complex compliance requirements into intuitive seller-facing experiences, balancing speed of delivery with long-term system health.- Analyze seller adoption data, compliance metrics, and customer behavior to identify the highest-leverage opportunities, set success criteria, and inform trade-off decisions across the roadmap.- Drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders who have competing priorities, producing clear written documents (PR/FAQs, strategy papers) that build consensus and speed up decision-making.- Own end-to-end launches, from defining acceptance criteria and participating in testing through monitoring operational health post-launch, and iterate quickly based on what you learn.A day in the lifeYou will start many mornings reviewing selection and compliance metrics — tracking Glance View coverage trends and identifying gaps in buyable selection. From there, you might jump into a design review for a new seller onboarding flow, then shift to a working session with engineers to scope a technical approach for an upcoming sprint. Afternoons often include writing or reviewing product documents, syncing with legal and policy partners on evolving regulations, and connecting directly with selling partners to understand their pain points. You will balance deep analytical work with collaborative problem-solving across multiple teams.About the teamOur team is focused on expanding the selection available to Amazon's Cross Border customers, a key growth lever for Amazon's Emerging Stores. We build the tools and systems that help selling partners navigate compliance requirements so they can bring the right products to customers worldwide. This is a collaborative group where product managers, engineers, and designers work closely together, and where you will have the opportunity to expand your generative AI skills and deepen your expertise in cross-border commerce. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
