The Investor Solutions team provides custom banking solutions, as well as a FDIC Sweep engine to global financial firms and a BaaS offering. The Investor Solutions Operations Support Specialist is responsible for all day‑to‑day operations associated with the department, including new account and user set up, product feature and functionality expertise for client training, funds management oversight for NSCC and overdraft monitoring, and ancillary FDIC Sweep administration and balancing. How You’ll Spend Your Time You will utilize your technical acumen to onboard new Commercial client accounts while providing training and user set up You will utilize your problem‑solving ability to troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues, including ensuring mitigation steps are taken You will utilize your critical thinking skills to provide recommendations for process improvements and formalize new process as required, while understanding risk & impact to the business We’re excited to talk with you if You have an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Bonus Points if you Possess three (3) years of Institutional Banking or Treasury Management experience Compensation Ranges US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $62,310 - $90,760 US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $56,890 - $83,080 US Employees in all other states not listed above: $51,480 - $75,410 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s good faith and reasonable estimate based on its budget and what it expects to be the starting pay for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job‑related factors.
