What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Encouraging independence and resident choice
• Supporting residents' social, emotional, and physical well-being
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Communicating resident needs and changes with the care team
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or direct care experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Must meet age requirements according to state regulations and facility policies
