Bridal Category Manager

DescriptionStuller's Merchandising team plays a central role in shaping the products, solutions, and experiences that help our customers succeed. Our merchants combine product expertise, market awareness, and analytical rigor to build assortments that drive both customer value and business growth.The Bridal Jewelry Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive merchandising business plan that drives growth, profitability, and market relevance within the bridal category. This role oversees the full product lifecycle, partners cross-functionally to deliver compelling assortments and marketing initiatives and uses data-driven insights to optimize performance and meet customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a comprehensive merchandising plan, overseeing the entire product lifecycleCollaborate with product development and vendor partners to curate and introduce on-trend, essential products, including pricing negotiationsAnalyze market trends and customer needs to guide product decisions and identify assortment gapsPartner with marketing to create and execute promotional strategies, including materials for new product launchesDesign and implement customer selling solutions to drive in-case business for retail jewelry storesManage the creation and proofing of seasonal brochures, catalogs, and other marketing collateralUtilize reporting tools to analyze business performance, maximize profitability, and forecast product demandDeliver presentations to internal teams and customers, while coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet business goalsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Merchandising or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong presentation skills, both oral and writtenExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsProven negotiation and persuasion skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of jewelry and jewelry manufacturing processesFamiliarity with diamonds and gemstonesIntuitive sense for design and merchandisingRequirementsStuller is the jewelry industry's largest manufacturer, supplier, and technology developer in North America.
