Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect patient care in a home-like setting. Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs. Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care. Accurately document patient information and observe changes in clinical condition. Adhere to nursing standards, protocols, and safety procedures. Qualifications Include a current unrestricted Wyoming RN or LPN license, BLS certification, and familiarity with electronic health records. Skills Strong knowledge of nursing principles, excellent communication, organizational skills, compassion, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additional requirements include proficiency in catheterization, DME, sonography, home care procedures, and compliance with safety protocols related to exposure to bodily fluids and hazardous materials.
