It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!*We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.**We’re excited to offer a highly competitive sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 for physician roles!***What You Can Expect:****What We’re Looking For:*** Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds* Active state medical license* 2 years of post-residency clinical experience, ideally in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting* Experience treating patients across all age groups* Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting, and in reading EKGs and X-rays* Strong communication and listening skills* Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers**Your Role:**As a Physician at Mercy-GoHealth, you’ll independently provide a wide range of clinical services, including:* Examining and treating patients with acute conditions* Taking medical histories and ordering diagnostic tests* Making diagnoses and prescribing medications* Performing minor procedures and administering vaccinations* Documenting patient progress and coordinating follow-up care* Supervising and collaborating with PA/NPs, including remote supervision and credentialing support* Working 8- or 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, patient-focused settingAt **GoHealth Urgent Care**, we GO above and beyond for our patients, communities and team members to ensure effortless, personal and connected experiences.
