• Perform HVAC maintenance and service on residential home comfort systems.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about recommended services and explain what is needed and why .
• Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to homeowners' needs and concerns.
• Identify comfort issues and recommend high-quality solutions.
• Use strong technical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills to diagnose and address HVAC concerns.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset while working and driving.
• Work collaboratively with other HVAC Technicians and learn from their knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service notes and invoices.
• Provide professional, courteous, and exceptional customer service on every call.

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Previous HVAC experience required
• Maintaining a 26% conversion rate goal
• Achieving 15%+ efficient total sold hours
• Strong overall job performance
• Consistent professionalism and reliability
• Excellent customer service
• Commitment to teamwork and safety

• Graduate of a licensed HVAC training program .
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to run service calls independently .
• Basic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage systems .
• Basic knowledge of A/C and furnace components .
• 1+ year of HVAC installation experience preferred .
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and identifying HVAC parts and components.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate, thorough service notes .
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Tablet proficiency and comfort using technology in the field.
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge .
