Assistant General Manager Horseshoe Bay, TX (100% On-site) Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 per year What You’ll Do Act as the primary partner to the GM, handling high-level administrative tasks and ensuring daily operations align with the club’s vision. Lead the charge on staff scheduling and resource management to keep the club humming. Help manage memorable member events and ranch activities from concept to execution. Serve as the central hub for communication between staff, management, and ownership. Be the face of the club for members, celebrating their wins and de‑escalating conflicts with calm professionalism. You possess high emotional intelligence and can navigate difficult conversations while maintaining a customer‑first attitude.
