F&I Manager

Finance & Insurance Manager

Reddick Brown Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The F&I Manager will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, presenting protection products, and ensuring every deal is handled with integrity, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to secure financing through a variety of lenders.
• Present and sell extended service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products.
• Review all sales contracts for accuracy and compliance with state and federal laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and transparent customer experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and product penetration goals.
• Maintain accurate records and submit all necessary documents in a timely manner.
• Stay current with industry regulations, compliance standards, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of automotive finance experience preferred.
• Proven track record of high performance in F&I sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
