$16.50–$17.50/hr + Commission Earnings.

As a Shift Lead, you'll keep operations running smoothly and safely, close the site with confidence, and make sure every team member has what they need to do their job well. 

What you'll be responsible for:

• Leading daily operations — efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction on every shift.
• Closing the site with consistency and attention to detail.
• Mentoring and motivating your team to perform at their very best.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and operational standards Sparkle is known for.
• Supporting inventory, training new team members, and keeping things running like clockwork.
