If you're an experienced nurse who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys variety, and values teamwork, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You’ll DoAs our On-Call RN, you’ll take a key leadership role in overseeing daily nursing operations during your shift while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility standards. Responsibilities include:Leadership & SupervisionOversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure high-quality resident careSupport Charge Nurses, CNAs, and nursing staff with clear guidance and delegationEnsure adequate staffing levels during your tour of dutyFoster a calm, positive, and resident-centered environmentClinical ExcellenceProvide direct resident care as needed, including assessments, treatments, and medication oversightPerform admissions, transfers, and dischargesCommunicate changes in resident condition to providers and family membersMonitor documentation, care plans, and treatment schedules for accuracy and complianceCompliance & SafetyUphold facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practicesParticipate in quality assurance efforts and surveys as neededEnsure proper use of equipment, PPE, and safety protocolsProtect resident privacy and maintain HIPAA complianceCollaboration & CommunicationCoordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident careParticipate in meetings, care plan reviews, and ongoing staff developmentProvide clear communication to the Director of Nursing regarding resident status, concerns, and departmental needsWhat We’re Looking ForCurrent, active RN license in good standing in CaliforniaMinimum 2 years of nursing experience; long-term care experience preferredStrong leadership, assessment, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to supervise staff, communicate effectively, and handle multiple prioritiesCurrent CPR certificationExperience with PCC preferredWhy You’ll Love Working HereSupportive and collaborative nursing leadershipOpportunities to lead, grow, and make a real differencePositive culture centered around resident care and teamworkCompetitive starting rate of $48/hr DOEIf you’re dedicated to excellence in long-term care and ready to be a valuable on-call resource for our team, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
