Benefits Superb benefits (401K, medical/dental/vision, substantial PTO, insurance) What You Will be Doing Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget Solid organization, planning, collaboration, and leadership skills Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of technical professionals Effectively coordinate and work independently with the client and stakeholders to accurately identify and capture project requirements Project scheduling experience and proficiency with Primavera P6 Proficient with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methodology and concepts Identification of critical path and near critical path and the ability to track and validate the paths Create filters and layouts for communicating schedule information Developing and reviewing project budget and expenditures for construction project to ensure it is on target Qualification 4-year B.S. degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture PE or RA a plus 8-10+ years of experience on large facility construction projects Health Care Facility project management experience a MAJOR PLUS Bluebeam, Procore and P6 experience requirement; MS Project experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
