Local well-established limousine company looking for a Reservation Specialist to assist with day-to-day operations.

An eye for detail, strong computer skills, and effective communication are essential to succeed in this role. We're looking for a reliable, responsible, and organized individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and quality work.

Your primary focus will be responding to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, text messages, and social media. A friendly phone voice, professionalism, and confidence when speaking with customers are essential qualities for this position. You will work closely with the Office Manager on a daily basis while assisting with various operational tasks as needed.

In addition to providing information and quotes, you will help guide customers through the reservation process, follow up on inquiries, and assist in converting leads into confirmed bookings. We are looking for someone who is comfortable building rapport with customers and helping them choose the transportation services that best fit their needs.

Paid training and onboarding will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very comfortable using spreadsheets, Google workspace (formerly G suite), social media (primarily Facebook, Instagram, Yelp), and ease of learning new software
• Cheerful demeanor and can-do attitude
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Driver's license required
• High School diploma required

 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle all communications with customers, affiliates, drivers, vendors, etc., via phone calls, emails, social media etc.
• Book reservations, plan schedule, assign and dispatch trips
• Managing social media accounts, posting and out-reach
• Verifying trip times, sending invoices, charging clients
• Verifying charges against invoices/receipts
• Provide weekly/daily reports to management
• Perform other office tasks

Details:

• Full-time Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off)
• Paid overtime available
• Remote work: on occasion
• Weekly payroll
