Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Happy Habits Mental Health Services, you will take on vital responsibilities that directly contribute to improving the mental health of your clients. Your key tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s preferences and requirements.

• Maintaining precise clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of client data.

• Actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and deliver the best outcomes for patients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve therapeutic approaches and quality of care.

• Providing educational resources and supportive guidance to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.

Qualifications\n
