If you've ever babysat, coached youth sports, worked at a daycare, or tutored, you're exactly who we want to talk to. We'll train you from scratch and pay you while we do it.

What You'll Earn  

• $18–$23 per hour 
• $500 bonus after training and 30 days of direct therapy work 
• Monthly performance bonuses and annual raises 
• Paid training, no gap in income while you learn 

 
Schedule - Tentative October 1st start date for applicants!
We're open Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm. Afternoons and after-school hours, fits around college, another job, or family.

• Part-time: flexible hours around your schedule 
• Full-time: consistent weekly hours 
• No nights, no overnight shifts

Start as a BT → RBT certified within 90 days → BCBA track if that's your goal. We train you, certify you, and invest in you.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions 
• Follow individualized treatment plans and track progress 
• Work alongside a supportive clinical team 

Required Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old 
• High school diploma or GED 
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance 
• Able to read and write
• Able to pass a background check 
• Able to lift 50 lbs and move actively during sessions
