HVAC Technician - Northern, KS (Salina/Hays)

Responsibilities Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on‑site installation and repairs, forecast issues, gather materials and synchronize on‑site work. Serve as the direct customer contact, responsible for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer’s location. Use cutting edge software and technology, along with hand‑tools, to diagnose and repair HVAC units following blueprints or engineering specifications. Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends and occasional overnight stays as business requires. Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company issued assets. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC (preferred). Technical School or formal training (preferred). Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computer (Smartphone, iPad). Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years. EPA Certification. Compensation Annual Base Salary Range: $26.64 - $40.34 per hour.
