1. Coding Manager / HIM Coding Leader Mercor is working with a leading AI research lab to improve the capabilities of next‑generation AI systems. We are seeking experienced Coding Managers and HIM Coding leaders to evaluate AI‑powered solutions. Compensation: $50.00 hourly. Location: Remote. Type: Full‑time. 2. Building Code Compliance Expert Building Code Compliance Expert. Responsibilities include plan review and blueprint reading. This role will also contribute to an AI data lab for training frontier models and evaluating AI agents, sharing diverse subject matter knowledge across multiple domains. Compensation: $80.00 hourly. Location: Remote. Type: Full‑time. 3. Maintenance Staff Member As a Maintenance Staff Member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and for keeping all common areas clean and safe.
