With domain expertise across consulting and technology they unlock new sources of opex and capex efficiency and effectiveness.Asset Management professionals are focused on improving profitability and reducing asset-related operational risk over the life cycle, by defining, developing and deploying intelligent asset management solutions (EAM, RBI, etc).The Work:Provide solutions to solve business problems in the space of Asset Performance management for the process industries mainly focused in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Chemical domain through Corrosion and Inspection or mechanical Integrity experienceDevelop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the corrosion and inspection spaceDevelop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.Develop methodologies for providing functional expertise after looking a client specific problemShould possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilitiesShould be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environmentHere's what you need:5+ years of experience in Corrosion and Inspection management with at least 2 years of core corrosion, inspection, or maintenance experience3+ years hands on experience of APM tools and techniques like Asset Criticality analysis, Risk Based Inspections (RBI), Inspection schedule review, Turnaround management etc.Exposure to API, ASTM standards, ISO standards, Risk based Approach, Predictive and Preventative maintenance philosophiesBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience), preferably in Metallurgy Engineer or Mechanical EngineerBonus Points If:API 571, 580 certified preferred, not mandatoryProficiency in Integrity management software such as; Meridium, PCMS-E2G or any other IDMSGood knowledge of corrosion and inspection strategies like Chemical Injections, metallurgy upgrade etc.Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.Develop methodologies for providing functional expertise after looking a client specific problemUnderstands CML allocation, Construction drawings and inspection drawingsExperience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
