Executive Director, Product Management - Patient Solutions

Responsibilities Set and lead the digital product vision for MyLabcorp Consumer. Build and maintain a data‑driven product roadmap informed by market insights. Champion a consumer‑first mindset that emphasizes usability and accessibility. Translate consumer and market insights into innovative digital experiences. Validate concepts through research, experimentation, and rapid learning cycles. Partner with P&A owners, other product leaders, and cross‑functional teams. Oversee end‑to‑end product execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Drive prioritization and trade‑off decisions to maximize consumer value. Establish and track KPIs to optimize consumer engagement and product performance. Requirements 10 or more years of product management experience including leadership roles overseeing digital products. 10 or more years of experience in healthcare, health tech, or other related domains. Ability to travel up to 25% as needed. Solid technical aptitude with the ability to translate technology capabilities into market‑ready solutions. Track record of successfully influencing executive leadership and driving cross‑functional alignment. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and external clients. Strong relationship‑building skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Demonstrated urgency, ownership, and ability to lead through ambiguity. Experienced mentor and team builder with a passion for developing product talent. Strong commercial acumen with ability to understand market dynamics and business drivers. Demonstrated ability to build business cases, articulate value propositions, and model ROI. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
