We're Hiring!
Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (in-office)
Our Myrtle Beach insurance agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team. If you take pride in providing genuinely helpful service and enjoy a fast-paced, people-first environment, we'd love to talk with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with insurance inquiries and policy details
- Provide timely, thoughtful solutions and support
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed in Personal Lines (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance is a plus, but not required
