Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing processes for filtration media per standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with process and production engineers on troubleshooting and improvement initiatives
- Maintain product quality, documentation, and traceability standards
- Adhere to safety protocols including equipment lockout procedures and housekeeping requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience
- Cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Willingness to wear required PPE including respirators
