About The Role

Our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our in-store experience, bringing energy, style, and exceptional customer service to every interaction. They play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming shopping environment while contributing to the store's overall success.

Working closely with the store team, they help drive sales, support daily store operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Their enthusiasm for fashion and genuine connection with customers make them an essential part of our team!

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for every customer
• Support daily store operations including cash handling, visual merchandising, restocking, and light housekeeping
• Help achieve individual and store sales goals through product knowledge and styling suggestions
• Demonstrate a commitment to our company Values, our innovative Business style, our People Leadership principles, and our outstanding Customer First approach

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and current trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Great sense of style
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Compensation Range

$14.50-17/per hour
