Pediatric Dentist

Job Overview The Pediatric Dentist will provide high-end pediatric dentistry services to patients under 21. The majority of cases involve general anesthesia and are supported by a full-time anesthesiologist team. Schedule: Flexible. Days agreed with the Chief Dental Officer vary from 1 to 20 days per month, typically from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Responsibilities Build trust and forge strong relationships with the Rodeo team. Lead dental assistants and other professionals to deliver excellent care. See a wide range of cases, including complex pediatric cases. Participate in continuing education events hosted by Rodeo. Treat all patients with respect regardless of socio-economic status. Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow staff to prepare for patient volume. Collaborate professionally with general practice dentists. Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong clinic culture. Use Open Dental software for efficient patient flow. Promote safety protocols and foster a safety‑first culture. Maintain effective communication with office leadership on clinic matters. Qualifications Active state license required in the state of the clinic. Completed a pediatric residency and hold credentials to practice fully as a pediatric dentist. Eligible to be credentialed by Medicaid for the region. Interest in ongoing career development and dental skill improvement. Previous experience is a plus but not required.
