Job Overview A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Attorney in Butte, MT, with consideration for remote work from Arizona or Colorado. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in immigration law, focusing on employment-based visa matters. Duties Handle employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3, and dependent applications. Manage J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions, and adjustment of status filings. Engage in consular processing and I-9 compliance. Assist with waivers, U.S. naturalization, family-based immigration, and humanitarian programs. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in immigration law. Licensed to practice law with a good reputation in the legal community. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed attorney in good standing. Skills Strong expertise in employment-based visa matters. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Benefits Health insurance. Dental and vision coverage. 401(k) plan.
