Customer Service Representative

One of our clients is launching their SaaS product into new states/territory's, hence they need 3 CSR's to help with product launch in July. Software is used by car dealerships.


Compensation: $20-$25/hourly

On-Site: 5 days/week, Tampa, FL (33609)

Duration: 3-6 month contract

Interview Process: 1 Video with Operations Manager



What they want:

• Strong customer service skills and personality - this is the primary filter
• Some tech comfort or background is a plus (doesn't need to be deep)
• Reliable, professional, able to work fully on-site in Tampa
• SaaS experience (big bonus)

Day to Day:

• Fielding inbound requests from dealership staff on software usage and functionality
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating when needed
• Providing clear, friendly, patient guidance to users who may not be tech-savvy
