Confidential Employer. Job Description Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives and operational goals. Partner with executive leadership to drive profitable growth, business performance, and strategic decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term business planning initiatives. Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions. Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and financial risk strategies. Support operational leaders with cost optimization, pricing analysis, and profitability initiatives. Evaluate capital investments, automation opportunities, and strategic business initiatives. Maintain strong banking relationships, audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance standards. Provide executive-level financial insights across multi-site domestic and international operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Previous experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or divisional finance leader required. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or logistics environments. Experience supporting multi-site and international operations. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, cost accounting, and ERP systems. Proven ability to lead teams, influence executives, and drive strategic initiatives.
