Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to learn. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
