Warehouse Forklift Operator Pay Rate: $ 18.00/Hour Location: Richmond, VA Adecco Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations, inventory management, shippingactivities, and an upcoming facility relocation project. Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Package, palletize, and prepare products for shipment, including freight shipments. Load, unload, and stage materials for shipping and receiving. Assist with organizing inventory and preparing equipment and materials for relocation to a new facility. Break down crates and packaging materials using hand and power tools as needed. Support warehouse move activities, including material transfers and facility setup. Assist with racking tear-down, relocation, and installation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications: Previous forklift experience required. Experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred. Shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience required. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Experience with warehouse moves, facility relocations, or racking systems is a plus.
