Warehouse Auditor

Inbound Auditor - Newnan, GA

PrideStaff is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inbound Auditor on behalf of a premier technology distribution company located in Newnan, GA . This position is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour

Available Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Audit all received inbound freight , including both U-boats and pallets .
  
• Verify that all RLPs are accurate , including correct quantities and SKUs .
  
• Inspect incoming products to ensure merchandise is free from damage .
  
• Identify and report quantity, SKU, product, or documentation discrepancies.
  
• Ensure received freight meets established accuracy and quality standards before being released to the next stage of the warehouse process.
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to completed audits.
  
• Communicate discrepancies or damaged products to the appropriate team members or leadership.
  
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous warehouse, inventory, auditing, receiving, or quality control experience preferred.
  
• Attention to Detail: Must be able to accurately compare SKUs, quantities, and product information.
  
• Accuracy: Strong counting and basic math skills with the ability to identify discrepancies.
  
• Quality Focus: Ability to inspect products carefully for visible damage or other issues.
  
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate discrepancies and work effectively with receiving and warehouse team members.
  
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35-50 lbs. as needed throughout the shift.
  
• Pre-Employment: Must be willing to complete a standard background check, drug screen, and E-Verify process .
