Policy Research Associate | Public Comment Review Support

ProSidian Consulting is looking for a Policy Research Associate to support public comment review initiatives. This role involves providing technical consulting services and support for the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). The position is contingent and may convert to a full-time role.

The Policy Research Associate will conduct research to provide context and support analysis of stakeholder feedback. This includes identifying and flagging substantive comments that include additional supporting data or key stakeholder input. Responsibilities include public comment review, data analysis, modeling, evaluation, mapping, forecasting, report development, data tracking tools, workforce policy analysis, convening, and energy market economic and regulatory analysis technical consulting services.

The role requires expertise in energy, policy, and technical consulting. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Key skills include analytical thinking, proficiency in data analysis tools, strong communication abilities, and subject matter expertise in energy and policy domains.

Competencies required include problem-solving ability, adaptability, teamwork, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of energy sector operations. The role may involve cross-functional collaboration and participation in high-level DOE strategy discussions.
