Forklift Operator

Position Title: Forklift Operator Wage: $20.00 - $22.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday - Friday) company in Beaver Dam, WI. Forklift Operator Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, transport, and store materials throughout the warehouse Perform order picking activities using RF scanners to accurately fulfill customer orders Support shipping and receiving operations by processing incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures Assist with inventory control and warehouse management system transactions Ensure accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to improve workflow and operational efficiency Perform heavy lifting and material movement using proper lifting techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements for Forklift Operator: Previous warehouse experience required Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory processes Experience using RF scanners and order-picking systems Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred Ability to work in an extremely cold warehouse environment Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills preferred Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift, carry, move, push, and pull materials as required Dependable attendance and punctuality Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
