Parts Specialist

Job TitleWhat You'll DoHelp Customers: Assist homeowners, contractors, and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct window and door parts.Solve Problems: Answer questions, troubleshoot parts issues, and help customers with warranty and service needs.Manage Inventory: Order parts, work with suppliers, maintain accurate records, and keep inventory organized.Learn the Products: Develop knowledge of window and door hardware, components, and how they work together.Support Our Team: Occasionally assist service technicians at customers' homes and jobsites.What We're Looking ForExcellent customer service and communication skills.Natural curiosity and an interest in learning how things work.Basic mechanical or technical aptitude — you enjoy figuring things out!Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.A positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.Pass a pre-employment drug test.Experience with windows, doors, construction, hardware, or parts inventory is a plus, but not required.
