Finishing Department Associate Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $17.55 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )
  • Inspect, sand, polish, or grind finished parts to meet quality standards 
  • Operate hand tools and basic finishing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform visual and basic measurement checks to ensure product quality
  • Package, label, and move completed parts for shipping or next process
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines

Finishing Department Associate Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or finishing experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to use hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
