Full Stack AI Software Engineer I

AI is central to how we build – we develop with agents daily – and to what we build, shipping AI-powered features that help our customers succeed.We're looking for a Full Stack AI Software Engineer I with exceptional fundamentals, sharp instincts, and the drive to build production software from day one.This is a hybrid office-based position that requires in-person presence in the team's Boston, MA (Financial District) office location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of each week. We bias toward action – ship, learn, iterate.Position Duties and Responsibilities Build and ship full-stack featuresWork with agentic AI systems – both using AI tools in your workflow and building AI-powered featuresWork across multiple projects simultaneously, using agents to maintain velocity across concurrent workstreamsPerform rigorous code review – especially of AI-generated code – ensuring production-grade quality, security, and systems designLearn rapidly in a fast-paced environment alongside senior engineersWork closely with product managers, shipping, learning, and iterating Required Experience, Skills, and EducationBachelor's degree in computer science from a top 30 CS program4.0 GPAAt least one software engineering internship at a technology company, or a portfolio of demonstrable projects showing engineering depthProficiency in React, TypeScript, and SQLDemonstrated ability to use AI coding tools effectively – you already build with agentsStrong code review instincts – you read code critically and catch issues others missExcellent fundamentals in systems design and data structuresAbility to work a hybrid office-based position (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) in the team's Boston, MA (Financial District) office.Who You AreA doer – hands-on with code and experiments dailyA quality gate – you care about getting it right, and you know AI-generated code needs sharp reviewFast and intelligent – you learn fast, make smart decisions quickly, and iterateAn AI-native builder – agentic tools are part of how you work, not an afterthoughtCollaborative – you thrive on code review and learning from othersHard-working and motivated – you put in the effort and take pride in what you ship Preferred Experience, Skills, and EducationContributions to open-source projectsExperience building and deploying web applicationsFamiliarity with agentic AI frameworks or LLM APIsPersonal projects that demonstrate initiative and technical depth Base salary range $100,000 - $120,000, plus benefits, bonus opportunities and stock options.
