Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Berlin, WI. This position oversees daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, safe, and compliant with company policies and customer requirements. The role includes supervising and mentoring team members, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting training and development. The Operations Supervisor coordinates with internal teams and external partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, process improvements, and issue resolution. This role also involves tracking key performance indicators, analyzing operational data, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high service quality and productivity. Qualifications Demonstrated Supervisory Skills in leading, coaching, and developing operational teams. Strong Operations and Operations Management experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments. Solid Analytical Skills for monitoring performance, problem-solving, and process improvement. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members, leadership, and customers. Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or related logistics software. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in a warehouse or distribution setting. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field is beneficial. Previous experience in a supervisory role within transportation, logistics, or warehousing is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
