Field Engineer - Heavy Highway & Bridge

What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting field operations on highway and bridge projects
- Working directly with Superintendents and Project Managers
- Handling RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Tracking progress, quantities, and daily production
- Learning how projects are actually built from the ground up
- 1-5 years of experience in heavy civil or construction
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management background preferred
- Someone motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
- Willingness to be in the field and travel as needed
- Work on large, visible infrastructure projects
- Fast-paced learning and real responsibility early on
- Strong team environment with hands-on mentorship
- Clear path to Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Superintendent
