The Brand Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams including product development, design, engineering, and sales to develop items that execute key global brand strategies and drive brand growth and profitability. How will you create impact?- Drive critical path process, ensuring all timelines are adhered to, financial goals are achieved, and that all stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
- Oversee and manage P&L to drive key brand operations including forecasting, pricing, costing, and profitability analysis in order to deliver brand financial goals.
- Brief and support all marketing activities including (but not limited to) digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows
- Develop the Brand Foundations, collaborate on Brand Action Plans, delivering the yearly Slots & Rationale to design. Execute brand strategies and implement plans on new and existing brands in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager/Director.
- Regularly analyze Global POS performance, Market Analyses (Circana), competitive landscape and trends to generate new product and marketing opportunities. Leverage data to discover insights and growth opportunities for the brand, driving to commercial opportunities.
- Present new brand and product lines, strategies, plans, and results to internal sales team and external partners
- Liaise with licensors to ensure that all key milestones, forecasts, calendars, and other critical details are aligned to and shared. Collaboration and communication with licensors are a key element of this role.
- Understands the importance of Market Share for Spin Master
- Deep understanding of the consumer, global markets, competition, and trends to inform product slots and play pattern decisions
- Understanding the importance of strategic presentations
- Presents technical or complex information in easily understood messages.
- Effectively uses tools to analyze problems and implement solutions.
- Understanding the importance of strategic presentations - You must be engaging, set up the correct story with the appropriate assets.
- Collaborates with and Inspires stakeholders to move with them at the correct pace to complete projects on time, on cost and QA compliant
- Is seen as the business leader for their brand within the core brand team
- Deep understanding of the consumer, global markets, competition, and trends to inform product slots and play pattern decisions
- Understands the different Super Categories/Categories
The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $100,000 to $110,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
