This role is based in the Wilmington, DE area supporting care teams by covering absences such as PTO, planned time off, and sick time. Clinic locations include 500 Stanton Christiana Rd., Newark 301 N. Walnut St., Wilmington 880 Powder Mill Rd., Wilmington Primary Responsibilities Deliver high quality, low acuity care including: Acute care of minor illness and injuries Minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, incision/drainage, etc.) Lifestyle and well-being counseling You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) 2+ years of clinical experience as a FNP / PA in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory, emergency and/or urgent care setting(s) Experience using computers for professional communication Experience using Electronic Health Record systems for medical documentation Experience seeing patients of all ages, including children and adolescents Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations Preferred Qualifications Experience using Athena EMR for medical documentation Proven ability to work autonomously in a clinical setting Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $53.00 - $79.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
