Family Medicine Physician Salary: $300,000 $310,000/year + $30,000 sign-on bonus (paid 50% at hire, 50% at 6 months)

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active California medical license
• Board certified in Family Medicine or related primary care specialty
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with NPs, nurses, and clinical staff

Full-time, mission-driven Family Medicine Physician role providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a community health center setting.

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to deliver high-quality outpatient care to patients of all ages in a diverse, community-based environment. This role includes diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, minor procedures, and patient education. The ideal candidate is collaborative, quality-focused, and committed to culturally responsive care while supporting clinical staff, productivity goals, and performance initiatives.
