Travel Outpatient Pelvic Health Physical Therapist - $2,988 per week

Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment starting 06/08/2026 in Jacksonville, Illinois. Employment is 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days, travel assignment. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Develop and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient progress, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions according to physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE passing. Graduate from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure.
