Job Full Description

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all inbound and outbound shipments across customer accounts. Processes transactions in the warehouse management system (3PL/WMS) using RF scanners and Microsoft Excel, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports efficient warehouse operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Verify all inbound and outbound shipments against shipping and receiving documentation.
Inspect products for visible damage and report discrepancies.
Perform inventory tallies during receiving and shipping activities.
Scan all inventory movements into and out of the 3PL/WMS using RF scanners.
Generate, print, and apply warehouse labels to inventory.
Place inventory in designated warehouse locations and maintain location accuracy.
Pick, verify, and stage outbound orders for shipment.
Use Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
Resolve inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
Follow company safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS/3PL).
Experience using RF handheld scanners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to identify product damage and inventory discrepancies.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
