Installation Supervisor

CoolSys is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead commercial and industrial HVAC-R installation projects. In this field-based role, you’ll supervise crews installing mechanical and refrigeration systems for retail, commercial, and mission-critical customers. You’ll plan daily work, allocate labor and materials, and ensure safe, code-compliant installations that meet quality and performance standards. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating with project managers and GCs, overseeing start-ups, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring technicians.
