Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and home exercise programs Accurately document treatments and patient responses Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent organizational and documentation skills Additional Requirements Must successfully pass all facility-required screenings and credentialing processes For this position, state law requires a criminal background check as a condition of employment Must maintain all required licenses and certifications in good standing Why Choose Medical Edge Recruitment?
