We are seeking an Account Manager to partner with corporate clients, relocation professionals, and property management partners in securing furnished housing solutions for business travelers and relocating employees. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and client consultation through pricing, lease negotiation, contract execution, and ongoing account support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring responsive service, customized housing solutions, and high customer satisfaction.

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships within assigned markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through consultative sales, networking, referrals, and relationship-building efforts.
• Negotiate pricing, lease terms, and service agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive client requests, consistently delivering rapid response times and high-quality solutions.
• Coordinate with property partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of housing and relocation arrangements.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients by providing exceptional customer service and proactive account management.
• Analyze inventory availability, market trends, and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue performance.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, lease agreements, and client records throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and service teams to enhance client outcomes and market growth.

The role is office-based, requiring flexibility and adaptability to schedule changes. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, OH.

The pay range for this position is $23.41 - $26.04/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Monroe,OH.
