Salary: $34.50 – $37.95 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as ordered

• Follow individualized care plans based on resident needs

• Perform wound care, treatments, and other assigned clinical procedures

• Accurately document observations, interventions, and resident status

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect resident confidentiality and rights

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the State of New York

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced care environment
